Once a week I interview up and coming entrepreneurs and dig with them into their stories to see what we can learn about self-care and business. Once a week I also share insights and perspectives that I am gaining on my own personal journey.

I have been running the podcast for nearly five years now. It has attained over 14,000 total downloads across over 50 countries. Through this medium I have been able to network with many business owners, coaches, and others that I can learn from. I also love appearing on podcasts and have done several appearances so far. I am also passionate at speaking for the youth and helping them out.
